Referral links allow each of your members to send a link to their relative to make them sign in your studio.
Step 1: Activate the feature
Go to Settings > Referral, Click on the toggle Activate referral link.
Step 2: Configure the feature following your preferences
Once the Referral link is activated, the setting tab appears :
You can select here the minimum value of the customer basket, which is the minimum value the referred member's first basket must reach to activate the referral link discount code. By default, this value is set at 50€.
The referred member can still buy a first basket that doesn't reach the minimum set value, but the referral discount code will be lost.
The maximum number of uses is the maximum number of times the referring member can share their link and earn a reward from it. By default, the value is set at 5.
Then, you can select the type of discount the referred members will get for signing up with the referral link. It can be either a percentage (between 0 and 100%) or an amount (in your local currency).
If you don't want to grant any voucher to the referred members, you can input 0 in the "Percentage" or "amount".
Then you must also input a time limit (in days, weeks, or months) for the discount that will start after the registration.
You can also modify the reward the referring member will earn, as soon as the referred member completes their first purchase. This reward is cumulative with other referring rewards.
If you don't want to grant any reward to the referring member, you can input 0 in the "Referring amount".
You can add a tag to referred members. It will be added whether or not the referred member completes their first purchase.
Finally, you can input a specific link, where the referred member will be redirected after signing up. By default, they will be redirected to the pass purchase page
It is not possible for now to apply the discount to only one or several selected passes, but you can input the link to this selected pass(es) as the redirect link.
Now click on the "Save" button and it's done! Your referral link feature is correctly configured.
If you deactivate this feature and reactivate it later, your preferences will still be saved!
Step 3: Check on member profile
You can now go to a member's profile, and see that along with the information on the General Tab, appears now the Referral Link section, below the Payment method.
You can copy the link, and see the number of uses remaining, which is updated as soon as a referred member makes their first purchase!
Widgets
You can also add a widget on your website to create an easy way for your clients to reach their referral link!
To do so, go to Settings > Widgets and select the widget named "Referral" :
Once the configuration is done, click on the copy icon and paste the code on your website! The values of the referral offer will depend on what you set in the previous steps.
