If you wish, you can allow your members to pay only the first part of their basket at the time of purchase: the rest will be deducted from their customer balance account and can be paid afterward.

To do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Add a configuration for payment

Go to the "Billing" tab > "Payment facilities" > Click on "Add a configuration".

Step 2: Fill in the form

  • Enter a name (e.g. Partial payment 20%): it will not be visible from the basket

  • Choose the partial payment option

  • Personalise the amount of the first payment: it can be indicated as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the total basket price. The rest of the basket price will be deducted from the customer's internal balance account.

  • Indicate the compatibility of this partial payment (pass, appointment pass, pack, shop items, gift cards).

If you wish to make all products compatible with this configuration, you will need to tick "Compatible with all (...)".

  • Set a minimum basket value (optional)

  • Check or uncheck the option "Offer only when all items in basket are compatible".

⚠️ By default, if items compatible with partial payment are in the basket with incompatible items, partial payment will not be offered. If you deactivate this function, partial payment will still be offered as long as there is a compatible item in the basket.

Customer view :

All the partial payments and payments in instalments that you have configured will be available (if the products in the basket are compatible and the amount in the basket is greater than the limit you have specified).

The customer will be offered the option of paying only the first part of the payment now and taking the second part from their customer balance:
