With bsport you have the opportunity to contact your members on their phones through Push Notifications 📱
To do so, you will need to get the Push Notifications integration
You can contact your Account Manager if you want to add this option to your subscription ☑️
You will be able to reach your members with Push Notifications in different ways
Through sessions
In the Calendar >> select the session of your choice >> click on Manage Bookings
By clicking on the small letter you could contact:
members who are booked in the session
members who canceled their booking for this session
members from the waitlist
For the communication to be sent through Push Notification, make sure you tick Push Notification as sending method
Through Smartlists
In Marketing >> Smartlists once you configured your smartlist
You could send your message through Push Notification by ticking the box Push Notification as sending method
Through Notifications
In Marketing >> Notifications once you configured your Notification
You will be able to send your Notification by Push Notification by choosing Push Notification as sending method
From members' profile
If you want to send a customized push notification to a member in particular
You can go to his profile and click on the letter emoji
You could send your message by Push Notification by choosing Push Notification as sending method
Through Transactional Notifications
In Settings >> Transactional Notifications go to the transactional notification of your choice
You will be able to add the fact that the transactional notification gets sent also by push notification
And you will be able to edit the push notification that will get sent
