1st Step: Create an appointment pass.
In Products > Appointment pass > Click on "Add an appointment pass".
Fill in the form :
Name: title of the pass
Description (optional)
Name of the category (optional)
Number of credits: Number of usable credits (according to the sessions you have created).
Price and VAT.
Unavailable for purchase: only you can sell this pass, it is invisible to the clients
Only Available for new members: For new customers only
Activate Access to Video On Demand (VOD): members can use this pass to access VOD
Authorized means of payment: Credit card // Internal account.
Validity period of the pass at the time of purchase.
Starting date of the validity period: from the billing date or from the first booking
Compatibility: Compatible with one or more appointment-based activities
Click on "Save".
2nd Step: Set up the map with compatible appointments.
Click on the map > Add compatible activities in the 'compatible appointments' section at the bottom left of your screen.
