By activating this option, the client will be able to reserve the session without paying for it right away. The next time a card is purchased that is compatible with this session, it will automatically be debited with x credit(s).

To keep track of members who have not paid for their appointment, you can refer to :

  • To the bell at the top right, there is now a tab "Unpaid Appointments"

  • To the report of unpaid reservations for appointments

  • On the schedule, there will be a red dot on unpaid appointments

Step 1: Create an appointment

Click here to follow the different steps to create an appointment.

Step 2: Configure the book without paying option

Go to the "My studio" tab > "Appointments" > Click on the small pencil to the right of the appointment in question to modify it.

Check "Allow reservation without paying".

Please note: Without checking this option, as a manager you still have the possibility to make unpaid bookings! Members, on the other hand, will not have this choice.

You can also allow or disallow this option for certain people by using the tag system.

  • When you allow tags, only members with at least one of these tags will be able to book without paying.

  • When you do not allow tags, members with one of these tags will not be able to book without paying.

If several tags have been selected in "authorized", you only need to have one of the selected tags to be able to see the pass, and for "not authorized", you only need to have one of the selected tags to not see the pass.

Client side view :

When booking an appointment, the client will have the choice to either choose the "Pay later" option or to purchase a compatible appointment pass.

The client will be notified of any unpaid appointments they have made.
