When creating an activity or a workshop, you can indicate the following 3 restrictions : Closing of booking window, Cancellation policy, Opening of booking window.
With this article, learn how to create special restrictions based on the membership of tag groups. This will allow you, for example, to distinguish the restrictions of your VIP members from your other members, thus giving advantages to VIP members.
How to create a personalised restriction :
Step 1 : Choose an activity or a workshop
"My Studio" > "Group Activities" or "Workshops" > "Edit" or "Add".
Step 2 : Create a custom restriction
"Custom restrictions" > Add a rule
"Select a tag" > Select the tag for which you want to create a restriction
Configure your restriction (Closing of booking window, Cancellation policy, Opening of booking window)
Click on "Save".
Congratulations, your custom restriction has been created ! All members belonging to this tag will be subject to the restrictions set.

All sessions in the activity will have the same custom restrictions
