Scenario 1: Available for booking
The session may not be available for booking:
To check, in Calendar > Choose session > Modify
Check that the option ''Available for booking (web + app)'' is activated
Scenario 2: Reservations open
Reservations may not yet be open to the public:
From My Club > My Activities / Workshops > Modify, check that the session is open for reservations
More specific cases
Scenario 3: Tags
The session can have a tag and members can only register if they have this tag. If you want them to be able to see it even if they do not have the tag:
In Settings > Personalization > Calendar, check that the option ''Do not display sessions that the member does not have access to with tags'' is enabled
Scenario 4: Workshops
You can also display workshops on the calendar for members:
In Settings > Personalization > check that the option ''Show workshops on the calendar of your members'' is enabled
