Once you have created your group activities/workshops and added the sessions, they will appear in the calendar.
Sessions display in the calendar, for each day, according to their starting time.
However, if several sessions start at the same time, the sessions scheduled at the same hour will display chronologically according to their order of creation.
This means the last added session will display at the bottom, and the first added session will display at the top.
Example :
Here, 4 sessions are scheduled on the 17th at 12:00 PM.
The display order above means the Pilates session has been created first, and the MMA class session is the one that has been added the most recently.
If you want to change the display order of the sessions that start at the same time, you need to delete and create again the sessions that you want to see displayed at the bottom.
A tip, in order to avoid deleting sessions, is to reschedule the session you want to see at the top one minute before the other sessions.
