How to enable email confirmation?

With this article, learn how to set up email confirmation when a member signs up for your studio.

On Bsport, it is possible to set up the confirmation of email. Once this feature is activated, members trying to register to your studio will have to confirm their email before having access to their account. This allows you to avoid members with fake emails.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Personalization

Step 2: In the Registration section, activate the "Confirmation of email at registration" toggle.

Step 3: You also have the possibility to enter a redirection link in the red-boxed field.

The member will be redirected to this link after confirming their email. This allows you, for example, to redirect the member to your website. If not, they will be redirected to their profile on the marketplace.

Step 4: Save the changes you made.

Note: If your member is unable to confirm their email, you can still confirm it yourself from the backoffice by creating a member with the desired email. Their email will be automatically confirmed and the information they entered during registration will be retrieved.
