Invisible products to staff from the back office

With the help of this sheet, learn how to make certain products invisible from the back office billing points

If you have created products that should not be sold outside of a subscription or package, you can make them unavailable for sale in the backoffice. This will prevent your staff from selling these products independently.

Step 1: Modify or create the product to be hidden from the backoffice

This option is only available for passes, packs, and subscriptions: go to the page corresponding to the one you want to hide from the backoffice.

Click on Add if it is a new product or on the pencil icon if you want to modify an existing product.

In the creation/editing form, activate the "Invisible for the staff" option:

Step 2: Check that the product is invisible on the backoffice

First of all, you can find the hidden products for the backoffice thanks to the icon that is added on the product:

You can also check that the product no longer appears from the billing points on the backoffice:

Your product is now invisible! If you want to make it accessible again, just go back to the product modification form and deactivate the option.
