As a franchisor, from the Master Account, you can set up staff access. On these accesses, you can configure the role that this staff will have, that is to say, the franchises to which it will have access, and the functionalities on which it will be able to have access within these franchises but also from the Master Account.
Step 1: Configure the Role
Go to Staff > Roles > Add a Role
Master Account Access
Start by configuring the Master Account features you want this role to provide access to.
Fill in the general information: Name and Description
Then select the permissions you wish to give to this role on the Master Account. The staff associated with this role will have access to all the selected tabs. Conversely, they will not see the tabs that are not selected.
Click on Next
Franchisee Access
In the same way, next configure which franchisee features you want this role to give access to. The staff will only have access to the tabs indicated once they are connected to a franchisee's backoffice.
Click on Validate to save the role.
Step 2: Configure the Staff Access
Go to the Staff Accounts tab > Add an access
Fill in the general information: First name, Last name, Email, Password.
The email and the password indicated correspond to the staff's connection identifiers. It is necessary to enter an email that is not already used for a student or teacher account.
Select the role you wish to give to this staff (they correspond to the roles created previously).
The staff will only be able to act on the permissions that have been granted to it in the role configuration.
Finally, select the franchisees to which you want this staff to have access.
The staff will only be able to connect to the accounts of the selected franchisees.
Register the role.
By logging in with the configured login details, the staff will access the platform as you have configured it.
