Allow members to download their sessions to their Google Agenda

Learn how to allow members to add their group sessions to their own Google Agenda.

If you would like to allow your members to download the group sessions they are signed up for to their Google Agenda, you will just need to add a variable to the booking confirmation email. From clickable link, members will just need to click to download the sessions onto their Google Agenda.

To do so, follow these steps :

Step 1: Find the Booking confirmation email in your Marketing > Emails, and click on the double page to add it to your templates.

Step 2: Edit the email and add a button that will redirect to the following variable : {ics_calendar_link}

Step 3: Replace the email in your Transactional Emails ! (Settings > Transactional notification > Bookings > New booking (for members) )

Once replaced, your members will be receiving a confirmation email following their booking, containing a button to download their sessions to their Google Calendar !
