Have a multi-locations account

In this article, you will see the main functions that the multi-locations account allows you.

The multi-location is one of the two possible options when you have two or more establishments, the other option being the Master Account (click here for more information).

A multi-location account allows you to keep a single bsport account for 2 or more institutions. This means that the database will remain common and that each studio will have access to the information of the others.

It will also be possible to carry out reports or communications for all your establishments at the same time.

3 points will be mainly impacted by the passage of your classic bsport account to that of a multi-location account:

1/ Locations

A location is a group of rooms located in the same geographical area. The multi-location will allow you to group these rooms in a larger way.

Here is an article allowing you to understand how to group your establishments by location.

You will have no limit on the number of rooms and addresses per location.

2/ Billing

It is important for the manager to know which sale has been made in which studio. It is therefore possible to link invoices to a particular room via 2 solutions:

The first one on the back office where it will now become compulsory to fill in the room where the purchase is made. This address will not be visible on the invoice in PDF format but will be on the bsport back office.

The second one on the marketplace where the room is informed for the purchase of each member will be the one where he/she made his/her first reservation or his/her first appointment in your studio.

3/ Billing groups

It is also possible to create billing groups, especially for accounting purposes and to create your reports if your studios have the same legal entity. Here is an article that will explain how to create billing groups.
