With Bsport, you have the possibility to use the Spot Scheduling tool, allowing you to create a customized seating plan.

Without Spot Scheduling integration, your members book the room, and then it's up to you to organize the locations of your room or studio on-site.

With Spot Scheduling integration, you can freely build your seating plan and allow your members to book specific locations, so you can be even more rigorous in the organization of your studio.

There are 2 simple steps to do this:

1) Go to an establishment from My Club > Establishments, then click on "Add a layout".

2) Set up your seating plan!

Select the items and click on the white sheet to add them to the map.

⭐️If you want to put specific icons for the locations of your members, click on the pen of the icon under the title "Location", then add your icon with a png image

After registering, you will be able to place your members in the sessions, and they will also be able to choose their place in the course themselves.
