You can use the Master Account to create tags that are shared between franchisees.

Step 1: Create tags on the Master Account

On the Master Account, go to the Tags tab.

As for the other tags, you can define main tags with a name, and sub tags with a name, a colour and an icon.

Step 2: Use the shared tags in the franchisee accounts

You cannot apply tags from the Master Account, but the tags created from the Master Account are available to be used by any franchisee.

Shared tags are applied to all franchisees in such a way that any change will be reflected across the companies. If a member is tagged with one of these, they will be tagged immediately in all companies of the franchise.

Step 3: Edit tags

You can edit and delete shared tags from the Master Account, and the changes will be reflected across all franchisees.

You cannot edit nor delete the shared tags from a franchisee account.
