When creating a pass, an appointment pass or a pack, you can set up a date limit for purchase. This is not the expiration date for the validity of the pass, but a limit after which members can't buy the product. Once the date limit is reached, the product will still exist but will not appear on the Marketplace.
This feature is especially useful to apply an early bird pricing strategy, in which the product is sold at a discount, but the customers have to buy it quickly before the opportunity disappears.
