Manage the visibility of your products online

This article will enable you to manage which products will be available for purchase to your members.

1st Product: Pass.

Set up availability in: Products > Passes > Edit the pass by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Hidden to members" so the pass will not be for sale online.

Attention: Some passes should be by definition hidden to members, especially for your subscriptions.

2nd Product: Subscriptions.

On the same model, a subscription can be visible or invisible to the customer. This means that the customer cannot buy it independently.

Set up the availability in: Products > Subscriptions > Edit the subscription by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Unavailable for purchase" or not.

Uncheck the ‘Unavailable for purchase’ option to allow members to buy this subscription.

3rd Product: Appointment pass.

Set availability in: Products > Appointment pass > Edit the appointment pass by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Hidden to members" or not if you want the appointment pass to be available for purchase.

4th Product: The packs.

Configure availability in: Products > Packs > Edit a pack by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Hidden on Member Area".

5th Product: The Webshop products.

Configure the availability in : Products > Webshop > Edit a product by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Available on the webshop".

A product sold online has a small world map. A product not available for sale online has a crossed out eye as in the example below.
