Manage your sales online

This training will enable you to manage which products will be available for sale to the customer.

1st Product: Pass.

Set up availability in: Products > Pass > Modify the pass by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Invisible for customers" or not.

Attention: Some passes should be by definition invisible for the customer, especially for your subscriptions.

2nd Product: Subscriptions.

On the same model, a subscription can be visible or invisible to the customer. This means that the customer cannot buy it independently.

Set up the availability in: Products > Contracts > Modify the subscription by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Invisible for customers" or not.

Uncheck the option "Unavailable for customers" to activate the online payment of this subscription.

3rd Product: Appointment pass.

Set availability in: Products > Appointment pass > Modify the appointment pass by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Invisible for customers" or not.

4th Product: The packs.

Configure availability in: Products > Packs > Modify a pack by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Unavailable for customers" or not.

5th Product: The products of the store.

Configure the availability in : Products > Shop > Modify a product by clicking on the pencil > Choose "Available on the web marketplace" or not.

A product sold online has a small world map. A product not available for sale online has a crossed out eye as in the example below.
