To easily share information internally, you can leave notes on each of your sessions and appointments.
Step 1: Add a note to a session
Go to the booking management page of the session. Write your message under the 'Notes' section, and save it.
Step 2: Add a note to an appointment
Go to a view of your timetable, either the main Schedule or the calendars accessible from the Appointments, Establishments and Teachers pages.
Click on an appointment to view its details. Use the 'Notes' section to share important information about the appointment, and don't forget to save your notes.
