During the launch of your studio post-migration or in case of a forgotten password, your members will go through the password reset funnel to create a new one. At the end of this process, your members are automatically redirected to the marketplace.
If your brand image is well-established, and you exclusively use our widget for member navigation, they may not be familiar with the marketplace. This could potentially be a deliberate choice on your part to limit their interactions with it.
To avoid this, you can specify a custom redirection link at the end of your member journey.
Customization:
In Settings > Personalization > Reset Password, indicate the desired redirection URL.
We recommend using your site's homepage or a link to your calendar.
Click "Save."
Redirection:
Henceforth, when your members reset their password, on the confirmation screen, they will be redirected to the URL of your choice.
