How can I check why a member is unable to register for an activity?

This article will show you how to check why a member cannot register for a session with the pass they have.

Step 1: Choose the session the member wish to book in

Let's take the case of a member who wants to register for the Vinyasa session.

Click on the session > Manage bookings



Step 2: Search the member's name

Search for the name of the member who cannot register in the search bar > Book in



A tab containing the passes arranged by the member is displayed. Click on the symbol to see the reasons why this pass is not compatible with this activity


In this case, the activity is not compatible with the pass

Step 3: Checking the course card

Go to configuration of the pass > Restrictions > Activities


In fact, this activity is not included in the pass's compatibility.
