Option 1: Studio side
You can add General terms & conditions, General terms of use, Liability Waiver and Terms in Settings > General
Liability waiver
First, from Settings > Member forms > Sign up form, you'll need to unarchive the liability waiver to make it mandatory in the form, when a member wants to register in your studio
Once unarchived, we mark it as mandatory > Save
Legal information
When creating a subscription, you'll need to add the Terms. Members will have to accept them when they purchase the subscription
Option 2: Member side
Once the General terms & conditions, General terms of use, Liability waiver and Terms have been created, members can find them in different sections of the marketplace.
Registration - General terms and conditions and Liability waiver
When a member registers in your studio, the general terms and conditions and liability waiver are displayed for them to accept before they sign up
To enable the member to find it again in the future, in his profile > click on edit
They will find the two elements and can click on them to read them again, as in the image below
General terms of use
Each time the member wishes to purchase a product, he has to accept the general terms of use before finalizing the purchase
Terms
When purchasing a subscription, the member has to accept the terms in order to pay
Once the purchase has been made, they can always consult the Terms in the "subscriptions" section of their profile
