If you recently made changes to your legal terms and you want to know the version signed by one of your members and the date of their subscription, this feature will help you find them.

Step 1: Find the subscription information

In Members, select the person you are looking for and then go to their billing tab.

In the Subscriptions section, you will find the one followed by your client: click on it.

Step 2: Download the legal terms

In the information of the subscription, a line concerns the legal terms. The date of signature will also be indicated.

By clicking on Terms, you will be able to download it:

Thus, you will be able to find the legal mentions accepted by the member at the time of his subscription.

Step 3: Add the download link to the subscription email

To allow your members to easily download the legal terms, you can add a download link to the confirmation email.

If you use the email templates created by Bsport, don't worry: we have already done the modification for you. If not, you can modify the template you are currently using for the transactional email named "Purchased subscription (for members)".

You have two choices for adding the link:

Direct link

In Merge tags > Subscription, find the variable "Link for terms" and click to add it.

In your customer's email, the "Link for terms" box will change to a download link.

Hyperlink

You can make a hyperlink if you do not want the entire link to appear.

To do this, select the text and click on the link icon.

In the URL box, you can specify the name of the variable: {subscription_contract_terms_link}.

By clicking directly on legal terms, your customer will be able to download the terms of the subscription.
