A new version of the reports has been released! The objective of this new version is to make readability and navigation easier for you on the reports so that you can easily find the exact piece of information you are looking for.

Until the 1st of October, you can switch back and forth between the old and new versions by clicking on the "Back to old version" button. However, changes made on one version will not appear on the other.

After this date, the old version will be permanently out of access.

Check below what is new with version 2.0

All reports page

On the first page, you will now see a better distribution of the reports' types, still sorted by their categories.

As before, you can search a report type by its name in the search bar to find it more easily

Report detail page

Once you open a report type, you can navigate between different views. The views are made of :

  • One default view, that is always accessible and cannot be deleted. You can however edit the data displayed via the edit view form

  • All your migrated views form the 1.0 version of the reports if you had created any for that report's type. These views were renamed "[Migrated] name" for you to identify them.

  • All future views, that you will create from the 2.0 version of the reports

Note that if you had created several versions of a report in the 1.0 version (e.g. several "Basket" reports), they are now all migrated as views in the report type "Basket".
Quickfilters, advanced filters, and date filters were all saved as well for every view

If you wish to create a new view of this report, for example to apply specific filters, click on the "Add view" button

Then name the view and click on confirm. The default view and all new views created display all available columns and data and have no quick or advanced filters.

Advanced filters and general display

If you wish to build a view that always displays only the data that you need, click on the "Edit" icon

From here you can decide to rename the view, apply Advanced filters, or select/unselect the columns you want to appear in the view. Then click on "Save and Generate"

Tip :

  • Advanced filters are made to be permanently applied to your view and to be really specific thanks to and/or rules management. Use these filters if you want your view to be always filtered with these conditions

  • Quick filters are meant to be temporary filters that can be quickly applied and removed from a view. Use these filters if you want to temporarily access a specific piece of information in the view.

Date and quick filters

Date filters

Once the view is built according to your needs, you can filter the data on a certain date/period or items.

Most of the reports can be filtered for a specific period by clicking on the date selector. You can quickly select a period or select "custom" if you have a particular period in mind. You can also click on the date/hour range selector to define your custom perio.

With version 2.0, new date filters are available, and you can now choose to filter the view to the week, month or year to date, i.e. from the first day of the selected period to the current day.

Some reports can be filtered by a unique date only and allow you to quickly filter on today's date or yesterday or to choose a custom date

Note that a reminder of what the selected period is filtering on is available next to the date/time selector

Quick filters

Then you can apply quick filters to the view by clicking on "Add a quick filter" and selecting the item you want to filter on

Once you have selected the date and quick filters that you possibly need, quick on "Generate report". All data below will then take into account your set up

As with version 1.0, you can download the report in xlsx format. The export will save advanced filters as well as date and quick filters

Delete a view

To delete a view that you don't need anymore, click on the bin icon next to the view. All views can be deleted except for the default one.

Compare reports

With version 2.0 of the reports, you will now be able to navigate faster between reports to possibly compare data. You can switch from one report to another by using the navigation menu on the left.

From this navigation menu, you can also go back to the "All reports" page
