If you have sent an open request or let other sitters apply you will always see a list of sitter responses on your Live request page. We'll also let you know if we are still finding more sitters for you.

Tap through each sitter applicant's card from the list of applicants to see their profile. You can message from here or confirm directly from their profile by clicking "Book Now".

As soon as you confirm your sitter is notified and you can see the confirmed booking details. You'll also be shown easy ways to contact the sitter (via message or by phone).

You will also receive an email confirmation of the booking and the contact details.

What about the other sitters who applied?

Once you confirm a sitter we let the other sitters know the booking is no longer available. If they've sent application notes these will appear in your Inbox for 7 days.
