In the app, you can see any positive reviews parents have written about your bookings with them. To see the positive reviews, head to the Account menu (in the top right of the homepage) > Stats & reviews > Show all.
We don't make reviews you leave visible as we want to ensure that the review is as honest as possible. If there is anything you wanted to vocalise about a sit, we can always look into this further. There is also the option to share feedback with the other party. This means that if they got in touch, we can speak to them about this further.
Once a sitter has completed 5 sits or more, they will be able to see their overall rating which is calculated from the review itself. To see your Bubble Rating in the app, tap Account and then 'Stats & reviews'.
