At the end of each sit, you’ll be prompted to leave a review of your experience with the parent.
You’ll be asked whether you’d babysit for the parent again via:
A ‘thumbs up’ or a ‘thumbs down’
An optional comment box
It’s a system that encourages the best behaviour on both sides and will ensure that both sitters and parents get the best experience possible.
Of course you’re free to rate a parent as you see fit, however when considering how to rate a parent in the app we’d encourage sitters to consider the fact that children can at times be unpredictable and act up even with their parent’s best intentions! We know from experience! :-)
Your review is then visible to other babysitters on the app who get job requests from this parent. Likewise, when you get a job request, you can tap on the parent's profile to view any reviews left on them by other babysitters.
