Becoming a sitter on Bubble is really simple. Unlike many other childcare providers, you don’t necessarily have to have specific qualifications or experience to sign up.

That said, to be approved on Bubble you do need to pass an ID check, background check, reference check and right to work check. Some sitters also choose to upload a DBS or have an interview with the Bubble team. It’s entirely up to you, but we do know that some parents prefer sitters to have a DBS.

We have sitters with a huge range of experience levels on the app. Some have been working in childcare for decades and others are students looking for flexible work.
