Bubble is an inclusive platform and because of how the app works, we don’t have some of the sign-up restrictions that other childcare providers have. For example, there is no minimum time commitment and you don’t have to accept any jobs you don’t want to do.

We do ask that sitters are over the age of 18 and have the right to work in the UK. Because it’s up to parents who they book for sits, we don’t require sitters to have any specific qualifications to join Bubble.

That said, sitters do have to go through a vetting process to apply to jobs on the app. This involves an ID check, a right to work check, a background check and a reference check. We also offer sitters the opportunity to upload a DBS and book an interview with the team to strengthen their profile.
