First, a quick note
The account must be signed in to update its email address.
If the current email cannot be accessed, contact hello@usebubbles.com and the support team will verify account ownership before making the change.
Step 1: Open Profile Settings
Ensure you’re logged into Bubbles, then go to Settings > Profile.
Step 2: Update the email address
In the Email Address field, enter a new email address.
Click Save.
Step 3: Verify the new email address
A one-time verification code will be sent to the new email.
Enter the verification code in the confirmation field to complete the update.
Once confirmed, the account will use the new email for login and receive all notifications.
Good to know
Updating the email address does not affect subscriptions, billing, or workspace access.
Verification is always done through the new email address.
Special note for Google or Microsoft logins
If you logged in via Google/Microsoft and are changing your email to a different email from your Google/Microsoft account email, you will have to login with your new email going forward.
Signing in with the old Google/Microsoft account after the change will create a new account.
To avoid this, switch to email login after updating your email address.
