How can I change my email address?

You can update your email address at any time via Settings > Profile.

First, a quick note

  • The account must be signed in to update its email address.

  • If the current email cannot be accessed, contact hello@usebubbles.com and the support team will verify account ownership before making the change.

Step 1: Open Profile Settings

Ensure you’re logged into Bubbles, then go to Settings > Profile.

Step 2: Update the email address

  • In the Email Address field, enter a new email address.

  • Click Save.

Step 3: Verify the new email address

  • A one-time verification code will be sent to the new email.

  • Enter the verification code in the confirmation field to complete the update.

Once confirmed, the account will use the new email for login and receive all notifications.

Good to know

  • Updating the email address does not affect subscriptions, billing, or workspace access.

  • Verification is always done through the new email address.

Special note for Google or Microsoft logins

  • If you logged in via Google/Microsoft and are changing your email to a different email from your Google/Microsoft account email, you will have to login with your new email going forward.

  • Signing in with the old Google/Microsoft account after the change will create a new account.

  • To avoid this, switch to email login after updating your email address.
