TLDR
Bubbles Basic (free): no profile picture controls.
Bubbles Pro: option to show/hide the default avatar.
Workspace admins on Pro: can enforce this for the whole team under Notetaker defaults.
Steps for individual users (Pro)
Log in to app.usebubbles.com
Go to Settings > Notetaker.
Find the in-meeting avatar (Pro) toggle.
Switch ON to display the avatar, or OFF to hide it.
Click Save.
Steps for workspace admins (Pro)
Log in to Settings > Meeting Defaults
Open Notetaker defaults.
Locate the In-meeting avatar option.
Toggle ON to show or OFF to hide the avatar across the workspace.
Save changes to apply the default to all members.
Good to know
When hidden, only the Notetaker’s display name will appear in meetings.
Custom images (logos, headshots, avatars) are not supported.
Changes take a meeting or two to reflect on Zoom, Teams, or Meet because of caching.
