What Is a Promo Code?
A promo code is a special code provided by Buenro (or a partner) that gives you a percentage discount on a booking. They are usually tied to specific offers, launch campaigns, or testing programs.
How to Use a Promo Code
Start your booking as usual.
At checkout, look for the Promo Code field.
Enter the code exactly as you received it.
Tap Apply — if valid, you’ll see the price update immediately.
You can combine a promo code with credits if both apply to your booking.
Common Issues
Problem | What to check |
"Invalid code" | Check for typos, spacing, or expired codes |
"Doesn’t apply to this property" | Some codes are only for certain houses or locations |
"Already used" | Most promo codes can only be used once |
"Promo code field missing" | You must reach the checkout screen first |
