Buenro supports a range of secure payment methods to make group bookings smooth and reliable.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Currently, you can pay with:
Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Debit cards (where supported by Stripe)
Apple Pay (iOS users only, if enabled)
All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider, Stripe.
2. How to Add or Change a Payment Method
Go to the Checkout screen when joining a group
You’ll be prompted to pay using Apple Pay, Link, or to enter your card details.
Enter your card or digital wallet details
Save to use it for this and future bookings
3. Is My Payment Secure?
Yes. Buenro does not store your card details directly. Instead:
Payments are tokenised and securely handled by Stripe
All data is encrypted to PCI DSS standards
You’ll see a confirmation once your payment method is authorised or your card is charged.
4. Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If your card doesn’t work:
Double-check your billing info and funds
Try a different card
Use Apple Pay if available
If the issue continues, contact your bank or use the Help tab in the app to message Support.
