This article will walk you through creating a new Financial Statement based on vendor invoices
Creating a statement
In the Financial module make sure that the statement method is set to Based On Invoices
Click the + button
-In the Statement tab you can fill in the title and notes/description of the new statement/client invoice
Go to the 2nd tab, Details
You'll see any and all vendor invoices that have not yet been billed to the client
By default all available invoices are already selected to 100%, but this can be changed to a lesser amount or click the - (minus) button to remove that invoice from being billed
