Setting Up Bukku MiniPOS: Dashboard, User Management and Printer & Receipt Settings

Bukku MiniPOS helps you track sales performance on the dashboard, manage user accounts, and configure printer & receipt settings for smooth transactions. This guide walks you through the essential setup steps to optimize your MiniPOS experience.


Viewing Sales Insights on the Dashboard

  • Upon logging into MiniPOS, the Dashboard provides a quick overview of your sales performance, displaying daily, weekly, and monthly sales.

Managing User Profile and Account Settings

  • You can access the User Menu by tapping the profile icon at the top right of the MiniPOS app. This menu allows you to update your user profile, change your login password, and log out.

  • Tap User Profile, you can update your login email, mobile number, and name.

  • MiniPOS supports three languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese. You can select your preferred language to change the user interface.

Configuring Printer and Receipt Settings

  • To ensure smooth transactions, set up your printer and receipt settings in Bukku MiniPOS.

  • Go to the Settings section in the main menu, where you'll find Printer Settings and Receipt Settings.

Printers Settings

Enable Bluetooth and follow steps below to connect to your compatible printer at Settings > Printer Settings:

  1. Tap the β€˜+’ button to add a new printer.

  2. Choose your printer model from the list.

  3. Select the printer size for your receipts.

  4. Toggle the connection button.

  5. Once the printer is detected, tap Save to complete the setup.


Receipt Settings

In Settings > Receipt Settings, you can personalise your printed receipts:

  • Toggle on to show company logo.

  • Customise the store name displayed.

  • Show customer information.

  • Edit header and footer messages.

This is a sample receipt printed using a Bluetooth printer.
