Introduction
Your Bukku User Profile is where you manage your personal details, preferences, and security settings. This includes updating your contact information, changing your password, choosing your interface language, managing newsletter subscriptions, controlling session security, and uploading your personal digital signature.
This guide combines all profile-related actions in one place for easy reference.
To access your user profile:
Click the User Menu icon located at the top right of your Bukku window.
Profile Information
Click on My Profile to view and update your personal information anytime.
Personal Information
Email Address
This is your Bukku login ID.
When you update your email, you will use the new email to log in going forward.
Mobile No.
Update your contact number for communication or notifications.
First Name & Last Name
Update your display name that appears in your Bukku profile and activity logs.
Digital Signature (User Profile Signature)
You can save your personal digital signature under your User Profile.
This signature will appear on transaction PDFs (invoices, bills, receipts, etc.) only if your company’s Signature Settings have Use User Signature toggled ON.
When enabled, Bukku will automatically use the signature saved in your profile for any transaction created by you.

Bukku Newsletter Subscription
Toggle ON if you want to receive updates about Bukku’s latest features, product improvements, and ecosystem news.
Session Idle Lock
Improve your account security by enabling Session Idle Lock.
When this feature is turned ON, Bukku will automatically lock the screen after a period of inactivity (default: 2 hours). You will need to re-enter your password to resume your session.
If you prefer not to be logged out automatically, you can toggle this feature OFF to prevent the system from locking after 2 hours of inactivity.
Change Login Password
To update your login password:
Go to the User Menu and click Change Password.
Enter your Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.
Click Submit to save the changes. Your password will be updated immediately.
Change Interface Language
Bukku supports three languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese.
Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu.
The system will refresh automatically, and the interface will appear in your chosen language.
Log Out from Bukku
Click Log Out from your User Menu to securely end your session.
