New updates just dropped!

We’ve bundled up some of your most requested features—plus a few earlier rollouts—into one release. Everything’s designed to smooth out your workflow and make everyday tasks a little easier.


MyInvois Enhancements

Search Contact’s TIN

  • Search for a contact’s Tax Identification Number (TIN) as long as valid registration type and number are provided.

  • This feature is integrated and connected to the LHDN portal for seamless TIN verification.


Request MyInvois Data via a Generated Link

  • Need your contact to share their MyInvois details? Now you can send them a link to fill in the info—easy and quick!

  • Just go to the contact, click the (...) icon, and select “Request Data (MyInvois)”. Then, hit the copy icon and share the link via WhatsApp, email, or any platform you prefer.


Partial Update for Validated Transactions

  • Need to change something after submitting to LHDN MyInvois Portal? You can now update the following in the validated transactions:

    • Descriptions

    • Tags

    • Internal Notes

    • Products

    • Accounts

Contact Management Enhancements

Multiple Contact Numbers for Company Profile

  • You can now store up to 3 phone numbers under your company profile. This allows for more flexibility when providing contact details across documents and communications.


Multiple Contact Numbers for Contacts

  • You can now add up to 3 phone numbers for each contact—whether they’re your customers or suppliers. This helps keep communication smoother and more accessible.


Filter by Contact Person in Reports

  • You can now filter by Contact Person in the Statement of Account, Aged Receivables / Payables Detail, and Debtor/Creditor Ledger reports.

  • As an example, this is useful for managing contacts under one entity, but with multiple branches or departments. By adding branches or departments as Contact Persons, you can easily generate separate Statements of Account or reports for each.

User Experience Enhancements

Save Opening Balance as Draft

  • You can now save your progress as draft mode while entering the Opening Balance by clicking the ‘Save as Draft’ option in each section, allowing you to complete it at a later time.


Batch Import / Create Purchase Credit Notes

  • You can now create multiple Purchase Credit Notes at one go or do a batch import with an Excel file.

  • Go to Purchase > Credit Notes, click the ⋯ (3 dots) next to +New, then select Batch Purchase Credit Note.


Toggle Financing Portal Visibility

  • There’s now a setting under Control Panel > Company Settings > General > Financing Options that lets you hide the Financing Portal from your main menu—perfect if you’re not using it and want a cleaner interface.
