Follow the steps below to record a fund transfer between bank or cash accounts.
1. Go to Bank > Transfer.
2. Click +New.
3. Select a Transaction Date (the date you transferred the money).
Note: The default date is set to the current day.
4. Select Currency.
Note: The default currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5. In the "Transfer From" field, choose the account where the money is coming from.
6. In the "Transfer To" field, choose the account where the money is going to.
7. Enter the Amount to record the transferred money.
8. Key in own Transfer No. or the system will auto generate it.
Note: Turn on Custom Number Format at Control Panel > Company Settings > Number Formats to override the auto-numbering.
9. Key in a References No. if any. *(Optional)
10. Add Tags for your transaction if any. *(Optional)
11. Scroll down to Others.
Write in Remarks of the transaction. *(Optional)
12. Write a Description. *(Optional)
Note: The transaction description will be appearing on the Reports.
13. Attach Files to the transaction, either select the existing files or upload a new file.
14. Once the file is uploaded, tick Shared if the file needs to be shared with the contact.
15. Click Save.
