Bulk send Email and PDF

Follow the steps below to send the Bulk Email or/and PDF to your contacts.

Bulk Email

1. Navigate to your transactions module:

  • Quotations

  • Sale Orders

  • Delivery Orders

  • Invoices

  • Credit Notes

  • Payments

  • Refunds

  • Purchase Orders

  • Good Received Notes

  • Bills

  • Credit Notes

  • Payments

  • Refunds

  • Money In

  • Money Out

  • Fund Transfers (Only Bulk Print)

2. On your transaction listing page, select the transactions you want to Bulk Email to your contact.

Example Sales Invoice.

3. Once selected, click on Bulk Send Email to send to your contact.

4. Review the CC, Email Subject, Personal Message and select the suitable Form Design.

Note: System will send the bulk email to the email that is set up on your contact list.

If you have multiple contacts selected, the system will automatically send the transaction to the specific contact.

5. Click Send and your contact will receive an email.

Bulk Print/PDF

1. Navigate to your transactions module:

  • Quotations

  • Sale Orders

  • Delivery Orders

  • Invoices

  • Credit Notes

  • Payments

  • Refunds

  • Purchase Orders

  • Good Received Notes

  • Bills

  • Credit Notes

  • Payments

  • Refunds

  • Money In

  • Money Out

  • Fund Transfers (Only Bulk Print)

2. On your transaction listing page, select the transactions you want to Bulk Print/PDF to your contact.

Example Sales Invoice.

3. Once selected, click on Bulk Print/PDF to print and select the suitable form design.

4. The bulk batch transactions appears as per below:

5. Click on the download button to download as PDF or Print to print the hardcopy.
