The Healthy Cities mobile app is available in the following languages:
English (US)
Spanish (Spain)
Spanish (Latin America)
Brazilian-Portuguese
Turkish
In order to view the app in another language, you'll need to change your phone's default language setting. Learn how to set this up on an iPhone or Android phone below.
Changing Your Language on an iPhone
To adjust your language on an iPhone, please open your phone's Settings app > General > Language & Region > iPhone Language > select your preferred language.
Note: Applying this setting will restart your iPhone so the change can take effect.
Now, please open Healthy Cities and you should see that the app is now displayed in your selected language.
Change Your Language on an Android Phone
To adjust your language on an Android phone, please open your phone's Settings app > General Management > Language and input > Language > Add language > select your preferred language > Set as Default.
Note: Steps may vary slightly by Android device.
Now, please close and reopen the Healthy Cities app and you should see that the app is now displayed in your selected language.
Troubleshooting Steps
If Healthy Cities isn't updating to your selected language, please delete and reinstall the Healthy Cities app. This should update your language preferences in Healthy Cities.
