Understanding double charges for buymie orders

Whether you think you've been overcharged on your buymie order, or you're just curious as to why there may be two charges on your bank account for an order, this article covers it all.

I'm seeing two charges on my bank account

Some buymie orders are charged over the course of two transactions. Typically this occurs when you use the extra items feature or make a special request.

The second charge happens twelve hours after your order is completed and is charged to the same card.

Information regarding this will always be provided on your order receipt issued to your app and email after your order has been delivered.

If the funds to cover this second charge are unavailable on the card, the balance will be added as an outstanding payment and included in your next order.

If you think you've been overcharged, or want to understand the second charge process further, don't hesitate to contact us in-app or send a message to our support team at support@buymie.eu.

We are here to help you with any issue you may have and will do our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
