Credit Due to Errors
If you believe an error has occurred, please notify our customer support team in-app so we can investigate and ensure that if an issue exists, it's resolved ASAP.
If our team discovers a shopper error that resulted in an overcharge, they will always offer to credit you for the value of those items. This credit can be added to your buymie account an automatically applied to your next order.
Alternatively, we're happy to refund to your bank account the value of compensatory credit.
It is not possible to receive a refund for buymie bonus credit awarded through a promotion or offer.

It typically takes up to 3-5 working days for a refund to be completed by your bank.
Can I receive a refund for promotional or referral program credit?
No, credit from promotional or referral programs cannot be refunded.
Is there a limit to how much buymie credit can be refunded?
No, there is no limit to how much buymie compensatory credit can be refunded.
