In the case of a missing item showing as picked, please message us via live chat in-app or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate.
Our standard protocol is to immediately credit your buymie account with the cost of the missing item. This credit will remain on your account and automatically be applied upon your next order.
We can also process a full refund upon request for the amount in question. Please note that a refund will take approx 3-5 business days to appear on your card statement, depending on your banking provider.
