Delivery Timing Options

With the multiple options for delivery times, we feel that customers should always be able to ensure they are at home for their delivery.

We offer a range of delivery slots, seven days a week, such as narrow 1-hour delivery windows and more flexible 4-hour delivery windows.

If you need to reschedule your order, please follow our guide here.

Important notice:

Unfortunately, during standard times except for the current case of COVID-19, we cannot leave your order on your porch/by the door as this may jeopardise your food safety, especially for all items that come out of the fridge and freezer.

Even during COVID, you will be required to still be at home to receive the groceries while your shopper ensures this from a socially distanced way.

Absence for Delivery

In the unlikely occurrence that you are not there to receive the order and nobody else can take delivery, your shopper will try and contact you by phone.

Should your shopper not reach you, they will contact our support team, who will send you messages in-app and via email. You will be allowed an additional 15 minutes to respond to the shopper or our messages before your shopper is instructed to move on to their next delivery.

Your shopper will then return your order to the store, and your order will be rescheduled for a new delivery date/time, usually the next day.

A rescheduling fee will be added to your order if rescheduled due to absence. More details regarding the rescheduling fee can be found in our terms of service.

If you choose to cancel the order, a cancellation fee will be charged in place of the rescheduling fee.
