Once you’re logged into Buzzmonitor, you’ll see the homepage, which is your main starting point to navigate the platform and access all its features.
1️⃣ At the top of the screen, you’ll find a black navigation bar. From there, click on “Dashboards.”
2️⃣ You’ll be redirected to a page displaying all the dashboards configured for your account. Each dashboard centralizes visual reports and key metrics for easier analysis.
The “Deutsche Telekom” dashboard includes reports with data about the brand overall, while the “Magenta Moments” dashboard focuses specifically on insights related to that campaign.
Explore each dashboard to discover key mentions, conversation themes, and insights collected through social listening.
