Before changing your shipping address, keep these rules in mind:
1-hour editing window:
You can edit your shipping address within one hour of placing your order. Once the window expires, you can no longer make changes through the order editing feature.Wrong country selected:
You cannot change the country after placing an order because available products and menus vary by country. If you selected the wrong country, cancel the order within the 1-hour cancellation window and place a new one.Wrong order type:
If you accidentally selected the wrong order type, such as Myself instead of a redeemable gift, cancel the order within the 1-hour cancellation window and place a new order.Orders that have shipped or been fulfilled:
You can no longer change the shipping address once an order has shipped or been fulfilled.Digital products:
Virtual gift cards, experience vouchers, and similar digital products may be non-refundable once delivered. Review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

🔎 Where Can I Find the Edit Order Option?
You can access the Edit Order option from three places: the Order Confirmation page, the Orders page, or the Order Tracking page. Choose whichever is most convenient.
Entry Point 1: Order Confirmation Page
After placing an order, you’ll be taken to the Order Confirmation page.
You’ll see a message indicating you have 1 hour to edit your order.
Click the “Edit Order” button to start the editing process.
Note:
For MySelf orders and Redeemable Gifts with restricted links: These orders are automatically approved.
For Priceless Shop Redeemable Orders and Redeemable Gifts with Magic Links: The order must be approved by the gift sender, but changes must be made within 1 hour.
Entry Point 2: Orders Page
If you have left the Order Confirmation page, you can access your order through the Orders page.
From the Order Confirmation page, click the "GO TO MY ORDERS" button.
OR Navigate to the Orders Page
Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to the Orders page
In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.
Locate the relevant order by searching using its order number.
Click the drop-down arrow to access the "EDIT ORDER" option.
Entry Point 3: Order Tracking Page
You can also open the editing window from your order's tracking details.
Go to the Orders page.
Find your recent order.
Click "VIEW ITEMS & TRACKING" to open the Order Tracking page.
On the Order Tracking page, you will see the Edit Order button.
Steps to Update Your Address
Once you open the order editing window, follow these steps to update your address.
Start the Edit Process
After clicking the "Edit Order" button from any entry point listed above, the system will show a child window with a countdown indicating how much time you have left to make changes to your order.
Go to the SHIPPING ADDRESS section.
Select "EDIT" to initiate the process
Enter the New Shipping Details
Enter the updated address in the fields provided.
Click on SAVE CHANGES.
Confirm Address Details
If the system cannot verify the new address, you will be prompted to confirm it manually by selecting "ADDRESS IS CORRECT" or edit it by choosing "EDIT ADDRESS".
Save Changes
Review the updated address and click "SAVE CHANGES".
Confirmation
A confirmation message will appear once the changes are successfully saved.
