In the System Manager > Announcements menu, the attendant menus and attendant steps on which the announcement is in use can now be seen. Thus, it will be easy to determine which announcement is in which attendant menu during the need for announcement changes. Moreover, when the attendant menu button is clicked on, the corresponding attendant menu steps where the announcement is being used will also appear.
The most useful part of the feature is the deployment of the related attendant menus once the attendant step buttons are clicked. This way, it will be much easier to make announcement changes.
Instructions
In the Announcements menu set Show related IVR Attendants toggle on.
The attendant menus in which the related announcement is in use will be displayed.
Once an attendant menu button is clicked, the attendant steps in which the announcement is in use will be shown.
After clicking on the attendant step button, the related attendant step button is deployed. Changes in the attendant menu can be done easily, the announcements can be rearranged. Once the save button is clicked, the user can return to the Announcement menu on which the latest list regarding the announcements is being shown.
