Purpose and features

You can set how the agent would see in the call information menu on the right. There are three options:

  • Default: The table is visible and shows all of the variables.

  • Not Visible: The table is not shown in the scripter.

  • Show only the standard call variables: The table is visible and shows only the standard call variables.

Benefits

The call information table settings enable you to meet the privacy requirements. There might be some operations where sensitive contact data is being handled. Some variables might not be suitable for the agents to be seen directly. Alternatively, the operation might need a less cluttered call information table or none at all.

Instructions

  • Go to System Administrator > Scripter module > Scripter Layout. Create a new scripter layout or edit an existing one.

  • Open the call information table settings dropdown field.

  • Select an option that fits you the best.

    • Default: The table is visible and shows all of the variables.

    • Not Visible: The table is not shown in the scripter.

    • Show only the standard call variables: The table is visible and shows only the standard call variables

  • Save the scripter layout.

We wish your operation benefits from this new release and look forward to hearing your feedback!
