Arrange popup duration for custom status to notify agents accordingly

Use the new popup field to set duration for custom status notification. The notification triggers according to the entered value.

Purpose and features

You can set the duration of the popup on the field shown below.

Define the time in seconds that has to pass for the popup to be shown to the agent who stays in this custom status. The popups will keep triggering periodically based on this value if the agent stays in this custom status.

Benefits

You can now trigger notifications for the agents, given they exceed the set duration in a custom status. This way, they automatically will be urged to change their status.

Instructions

  • Go to System Administrator > Statuses module. Go to Custom Statuses. Create a new custom status or edit an existing one.

  • Enter the value in the field as seconds.

  • Save the status.

  • The agent will be notified as below;
