Set how long the notification remains on the screen once the status duration is exceeded

The popup duration field on the status menu allows you to adjust the time how long the notification remains on the screen.

Purpose and features

You can define in seconds how long the triggered popup will be visible. It is advised that the time you specify in the popup (sec) fields be greater than the one in this field.

Benefits

You can adjust the notification duration in the way best fits your agents.

Instructions

  • Go to System Administrator > Statuses module.

  • Enter the value in seconds in the Popup Duration field.

  • Click the Save button.
