Purpose and Features
By choosing the Emoji type from the chat evaluation types, end users can perform their evaluations with emoji at the end of the chat. Thus, end users will be able to make their evaluations with a different type other than star rating.
Benefits
Emojis stand out with their clarity of expression in every field where they are used, and you can enable end users to express their evaluations more clearly and accurately by using the emoji evaluation type.
Instructions
Go to System Administrator > ICR, then click on the "Edit" button by selecting the ICR where changes will be made to the module.
From the ICR steps, go to the Root step and click the "Edit" button again.
Change the existing "Star" rating type from the "Chat Evaluation Rating Type" field to "Emoji".
Select your max rating score from the "Chat Evaluation Emoji Rating" field.
The Emoji representations corresponding to the emoji rating are as follows:
When the choice is made for 5;
When the choice is made for 3;
When the choice is made for 2;
When the choice is made for 0;
Emoji is not displayed, only the text box in which we receive feedback from the customer as text is shown.
After selecting the score you want to use in your operation, save your changes by pressing the "Save" button at the bottom of the root step.
